Stamina System Basics

Core Mechanics

Starting Stamina: 3 charges Regen Rate: 1 charge per 5 seconds Max Capacity: 3 charges (5 with upgrades)

Stamina Costs

Dash: 1 charge Sprint: 0.2 charges per second Charged Attack: 1-2 charges (weapon dependent)

Advanced Dash Mechanics

I-Frame Dash

What: First 0.2 seconds of dash = invincible Use: Dodge unavoidable attacks
